You will want to use your keywords, at a minimum of 1-3% of your word density. Attempt to place your keywords in the first sentence and last sentence of each paragraph and beginning and end of your webpage. You can attempt to produce your own search engine optimization, publish it and then see where your site comes up in a search engine search. Continue to change your copy and see if your site works its way higher or lower on the results.
